A Little Bit About Me

Family sits at the centre of my world. Everyday joy for me is my husband and our two daughters, and our dog Benji who turns ordinary moments playful. I keep a gentle rhythm between home and work and find real fulfilment in both. I am the careful one, while he nudges me to say yes, especially when we travel. 

Those small agreements teach me to meet the unknown with curiosity, the same spirit I bring to my work as a Psychotherapist in Mumbai and an individual therapist, offering individual counselling, couple counselling and family counselling.
